This is a Victorian brooch decorated in the classic style with black enamel. An exquisitely braided tassel drops perfectly from the center of the brooch. In the shape of a brushed finish, wide bar with flourishes at the top and bottom, this pretty and sophisticated antique brooch will be a wonderful heirloom for years to come.
